Ar Buttstock change

I currently have a 6pos buttstock I want to swap out to the regular a2 fixed style. can I just get the buffer tube and stock or do I have to get the entire assembly with new spring and buffer? the only difference I see is the a2 buffer has a screw to hold the stock on correct? the spring and everything else is the same?

Unfortunately it won't work. Different buffer, different spring, and different tube. Good thing though is that a kit for a standard A2 stock is not terribly expensive.

6 pos stock is a carbine stock you will need a rifle buffer, buffer tube, rifle buffer spring and a2 stock.
