Hornady.com has a good calculator. I have a couple on my iPhone. LEtFly and bullet drop. I hear iSnipe is a good one too.

Any ballistic calc is AR friendly just set your scope height at 2.5" and don't over estimate your muzzle velocity...

if you have a smart phone the strelok app is awesome, put in your reticle and it shows you hold overs for windage/distance. using a picture of that reticle on a target.
