OK members,

Here is your chance to get your famous recipe for game tried around the world.

Get your spouse's to tell you a recipe if need be, I know that if I tried to post one I would probably get sued for food poisoning.

I will ask my girlfriend, mother, and her mother for some to post. But until then, lets here your favorite's.

Dove breast, take dove breast only, wrap around 1/2 jalepeno pepper, wrap with bacon and cook over mesquite fire...
 
ok guys here is a recipe my girlfriends mother gave me......

4 pheasent breasts
2 can's of cream of mushroom soup
1 of the empty soup can's filled with water
4 jhaveniero peppers
4 cups of cooked wild rice

put everything in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 45 min. at 325 degrees.

serves 4

I see alot of recipes with altitude variances but I don't know what they would be for this so sorry to you people that live up in the mountains.

CAJUN TURKEY CHUNKS

Cut one turk breast into chunks 1x1 sq.
role in cajun seasoning
Deep fry, about 7or8 min drain,cool ENJOY.
WE DID THIS AT A FISH FRY A COUPLE OF YRS AGO.WENT OVER WELL, DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH.
