How does the .243 LBC compare to the .223 & .22-250?

I know I like the idea of the LBCs because of Lapua brass and you can get dies from Midway, Brownells, Natchez SS , eBay etc etc and I have seen them in a few Walmarts also. Kind of best of both worlds you can play with a Wildcat ,where you can buy dies for $ 30 to $40 and use Great brass and it's easy to load for. But that's just the way I look at it.

Your right about 2 ways to skin a cat. The 243 lbc really shines with heavy bullets. The polyagnel rifling gets a little more speed also. What make of brass are you using in the DTI? That is the other shining point of the LBC Lapua brass.

The general consensus is that while you may pay more up front for the lapua brass, you will get more loadings from it and better accuracy to boot. I have heard people say the can get twice as many loadings from lapua brass than from Remington or hornady. Ymmv
