How many people have used a standing tripod from bogpods or primos. Just want to know how steady they are. I use shooting sticks when sitting and love them, but I am concerned the tripod wont be solid enough.
 
I have used the Bogpods, I personally didnt like them, you cant really manuver them well. They were pretty solid though. I love my Primos Shooting sticks and Harris Bi-pods. Plus if I have to go standing free hand and make the shot I feel like a bad [beeep]...lol
 
I use a primos trigger stick bipod and it's very sturdy and well built. I haven't used the tripod, but since they use the same parts/construction, I'm sure it'd be the same. Personally though, I would want a bog pod if I was going to buy a tripod. It's one of the few tripods that you can get an attachment to strap your rifle to it and have it stand up completely on its own.
