Best factory ammo for 243 win?

I ordered a box of these for my father and was vary surprised how well they grouped.

I can (more or less). It was somewhere around '95. Federal 100gr Premium somethin-or-other. It was okay, but my reloads cut even THAT group down to

you need to try Fiocchi.. they have a 70 gr load and a 95 gr Hornady SST bullet that is great for deer.

I have a couple of Rem 700's in 243 that have shot the winchester gray box 80 grain loads very well.
