What type of bullet?

Vmax for now. Its an awesome factory round. But come tax ill be getting a realoding press and im gonna load some sierra hp's and some nosler ballistic tips.

223 = 50grn V-Max
22-250 = 55grn V-Max & 55grn B-tips
243 = 70grn TNT's & 70grn Sierra BlitzKing.

Depends on what the gun likes. All have given great service on coyotes.

.223 55 grain Speer TNT

.30-06 not sure what grain but some more TNT and also some 110 grain plinkers

But neither of these bullets have been tested on a coyote yet for me.

A few of these, a few of those. Seems to vary... Bullet placement is much more important than bullet type when it comes to humanely dispatching the critter. Bullet type is more important when in comes to pelt damage and then it comes down to personal preference. And my preferences have changed throughout the short time i've been predator hunting... What do YOU like?
