I just got my brass today. Looks good. I've never bought primed brass before. Is it ready to add powder and bullet, or do I need to neck size, debur etc? I got a couple that are slightly out of round at the neck. Probably from getting bounced around in the delivery truck. Is there a way to resize them without depriming?

Yes you should be able to remove the decapping pin and do it that way.

You can just adjust your decapping rod so that the pin doesnt hit the primer and it will still neck size. No need to actually remove the pin from the rod.
