Is fur taken from the south (Tennessee) even fit to sell?

I'm guess'n the fur took from a colder climate would be a lot thicker and bring a better price, but I really dont have a clue.

I don't see why not. It might not fetch as much as other locations but it is a very rare trapper that makes a profet anyway. Why not ask a local fur buyer what you might expect for different animals?

I'm guessing you don't have a local fur buyer. There is your answer. Fur prices aren't very good in areas with quality furs so I'm guessing they won't be sellable.

Yes they are fine and will sale. They just don't bring prices like up north or out west. You're probably better off to go to Taxidermy.net get on the forums and put them in the for sale category, you can sell them whole on there to taxidermists, won't even have to skin them.
