soft catch traps

I was just wondering if anyone out there uses a soft catch trap for coyote and bobcat? Do these traps have enough holding power?
 
I used them on coyote with good success. I found I needed to four coiled each of them after one season or the springs tended to loosen up too much.
 
put the extra springs on them and they will hold coyotes most of the time but a big coyote will tear them to pieces have to use the sifter to find all the parts. also replace factory chains I've had more than one break and lost trap coyote and all. work great on cats though. if you are going to trap lots of coyotes get the #4 Newhouse best trap on the market Just my 2 cents
