Bobcat is ok, But for Foxes its a no-no from what I can decerene from the regs. Keep a hand call handy.

You might be surprised but it's legal for coyote,bobcat and crow,
If a gray comes in turn off you e caller and call with a hand call.
It is legal to pred hunt at night with a light to.Just check your regs some area's are closed.
