Any one have any load data for 223 rem with 73gr Bergers? I was hoping to use Varget or Alliant's 2000MR. Thanks

I have only used that bullet with Benchmark, it was quite accurate in every rifle I worked up loads for. It was just a bit more expensive than the 77 grain Sierra though.

varget did the best for me but I still wasn't to happy with the group size. I havent had to much luck with the 73gr berger bullet in any 223 rem that I have.

Brant,
Did you have any luck with any of the heavier bullets? I am looking for something heavier than the 55gr for wolves. I have a 1/8 twist. I had good luck with MK in 75grs and was looking to try the Bergers. Thanks.

basia1970- you might look into the 62gr TSX or 65gr Sierra Gameking. The 62gr TSX shoots well in my 1in8 twist.

I've switched to 69gr nosler custom competition. Their shoot sub MOA groups and I havent had any problems with them on coyotes yet.
