6.8 SPC Barrel 16 inch vs 18 inch

I am wondering if I will gain any more accuracy out of a 18 inch barrel vs a 16 inch barrel. I am looking at Bison Armory barrels and if I am not going to get any more accuracy then I might as well go with the shorter one, for a hunting rifle.

Get the 16" The 6.8 was designed around the 16" barrel. Bison barrels are very goos shooters and Ben is great to work with. You will be very happy.
 
I have the 18" from Ben and it works great, i can't say if it's any more accurate or not. You will get 50-75 pounds more muzzle velocity with the 18" and if you do 400yd shots from time to time like i do it can't hurt.

As sigpros says, it was designed for the 16" and works very well that way as well. blue
