Can I build my casino now?

Years ago I was told that the reason I cant build casinos, etc where I want is because there are laws and regulations that say I cant. Why? Because my neighbors might not like the idea of having a casino. Just kinda violates the whole "Ward and June Cleaver" thing you see. Ok, so now that it seems we are going to build a mosque in NYC, at ground zero or someplace else but near, and fund it with terrorist cash, it seems that all these laws against casinos, cathouses etc, are moot. Cause what is more tasteless? A mosque built by the enemy, or Happy Joe's Casino, built by me?

So heres my plan. I want to lease a property in Glendale, I want to have about a dozen slots, a pool game, a card game, and a sports book, and a couple roulette wheels. I want to have a little bar that serves wings, whiskey, burgers, beer. Greasy chili and comfy chairs in back for when the customers have too much fun. No locks on the door cause we'll never close and good music constantly playing.

So here's the deal. I want all you fellas to lobby together and see if you can jerk a business license approval out of Glendale, and a wink from the state of AZ would be nice too. Ill float a junk bond or something and gather a bit of capital for startup, and when Im up and rolling we can have a PredatorMasters discount card or some other cool promotion.

We'll just let the neighbors go pound sand and take the profits, without being a real threat to anyone...Maybe, if we class it as a "School" or a "Church"...we can get a Federal Grant to build it...and free legal help to ward off any complaints...
