Ruger M77 Action Screw Torque

Does anyone know the proper tightening sequence and torque for the action screws of a Ruger M77 (Hawkeye to be specific). I have read several differing opinions for both the sequence and torque when assembling the rifle.

ruger tech said 95 in/lbs anglescrew first ,30-50 in/lbs trigger front then rear worked on my target model groups shrunk to submoa
