Hunters charged after woman shot in trailer
LIVINGSTON, Columbia County -- Three Ulster County hunters were charged after a woman was hit by a shotgun slug Sunday as she sat inside her mobile home, state police said.
A slug came through the trailer wall, hitting Tiffany Bost in the arms, chest and neck, Investigator Gary Mazzacano said. Bost was airlifted to Albany Medical Center where she was in stable condition Sunday evening.

Charles Stracuzzi, 43, of Kingston, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and hunting outside the permitted area, violations.

Two 17-year-olds hunting with Stracuzzi were charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and hunting outside the permitted area.

Police said Stracuzzi fired his shotgun after seeing two deer near the trailer park.

A follow up said she was in stable condition.

The slug went through one arm, through her chest and lodged in the other arm.
