Best accuracy?

which would give, speaking in the theoretical sense, the best accuracy a .223 a 5.56 or a Wylde chamber? chrome lined or not?

Personally, I like the .223 Rem with my hand loads and a Stainless Steel barrel, with a Chrome-Moly as a second choice..
