Thai Tuna Steaks

Yellowfin tuna steaks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil or vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 green onions diagonally sliced
3 cup cooked rice

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, cumin, sesame oil and red pepper in a 7x11 inch microwave safe baking dish.

Add tuna to coat both sides.

Turn steaks over and cover with lid. Microwave at 100% power 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and continue to cook 1 1/2 minutes longer or until fish begins to flake easily with a fork.

Let stand, covered, 2 minutes. Serve tuna and sauce over rice.
