spitfire programming problem

i go through the directions and when i try to copy my files to the caller i get a run time error that says permission denied. any ideas what is wrong?? im using the program downloaded from the foxpro website...

You do not have admin privileges on your computer.

at what point is permission denied? saving to your PC or writing to the caller?

That's not a problem with your PC's permissions, then. Might be time to call Foxpro for help.

Are you using a new card or just changing sounds on the card that came in the caller?

Things to check for:
You may have a script error in the program. Try reinstalling the foxpro software.

If you are using a built in card reader make sure it is not set to read only.

There have been issues reported with built in card readers in HP laptops being incompatible with Sandisk SD cards. If you are using a built in card reader on a laptop you might try a different card reader.

Your SD card must be formatted FAT32 for use with the Spitfire.

well, i figured it out. my brand new reader/writer doesnt work. went and got a new one just now and whala. works like its supposed to.
