Removing extractor rem 870?

Anyone know how to remove the extractor on a rem 870?

See the plunger behind the extractor? Use a small brad nail and push it back into the bolt. Pull the extractor back and out. Instalation is the same way as it comes out. There is a small spring behind the plunger so don't let it shoot out the plunger.

Edit: if the nail is too big use a needle.

Thank you very much. It's not ejecting right. That's the only part that looks worn. Only costs a few bucks so I'll give it a try.
