I have been reading all the good info on here for a while and decided to make my own E-caller after seeing what works and what doesn't.
12v sealed lead acid battery
Carls electronics 20W bridged power amp
Speco SPC8 horn
used KC light switch
Radio shack stereo to mono adapter
50ft 16ga. speaker wire to Sansa MP3 player.
Used camo flexible cooler to carry it in.
And I threw some paint on the speaker.

I saw some coyotes when I was mule deer hunting in October.
Hopefully in the next 2 weeks I can try it out and get to post a picture on MY First coyote. thumbup
Thanks for the info.

Looks good except I would have put the 50 ft. of speaker wire between the amp and the speaker and not from mp3 player to amp. Or, maybe you did. I can't tell for sure after looking at your pictures again. If it works that is all that matters. That battery should run it for a long time before needing charged.
