Barnes TSX and TAC-X Difference?

Can anyone tell me the difference in the Barnes TSX and TAC-X bullets?

I believe that's the same bullet with a different name. It will be interesting to see what they have to say though.

now this is just a WAG...but from just reading barnes' ad...i'm gonna "guess" that it (Tac-X) is a tuff'r formula than TSX...maybe harder for pentrating structural surfaces...but then would that cause an over-penetration issue for law enforcement?....the military wouldn't give a hang about over-penetration.
