I will be heading to Bullhead City AZ in Jan. to spend a week with my dad calling coyotes. Anyone here hunt around these parts? If so what can I expect?
Not sure how experienced you or your Dad are, but spend some time in and around the Black Mountains.With a little luck you may get the opportunity to see some Desert Big Horn sheep.Bring some binocs.The sheep are having problems with mountain lion depredation.Few if any lambs have survived in the past few years.The lion population is heavy in that area. keep in mind,lion hunting is no easy feat,but the numbers are good there.Pick up a lion tag and read the regs.Coyote numbers are good in that area also.
