I guess if I was to reevaluate what I had wrote I should have said this: " save your money and buy the best that you can afford. While you might not actually think of it, buying a pair of binos is actually an investment. If you buy in the heat of the moment and on a whim, you will probly be sorry later. Go to the local Cabela's, Bass Pro or whatever it might be and look thru several binos. Look at different times of the day, early morning, afternoon for the heat waves, and at dusk if possible. Hopefully one is around or near to where you might live."

I asked my friend who uses them on his job everyday, he's a trapper, dependability.
I looked thru my friends, comfort. Look slowly thru them, is there a fading, blurry on the edges? You want them as sharp as possible.
