I can't speak to Bushnell exactly, however they bought Simmons, and they replaced my last scope for $10 shipping no questions asked. This was within the last month, and the same shipping address is the same as Bushnells

I had one Bushnell scope that I returned because it was not focusing properly. They sent me a new scope.
So, I have nothing but good words to say about Bushnell Warranty/Customer Service.

I have used Bushnell (actually Bolle sunglasses) warranty service three times. Thru not fault of their own I had three seperate issues with damage. Each time they replaced the warranty item, no questions asked and they paid the returning shipping costs. They aren't my first choice in optics but their CS is excellent.

I had a Bushnell Trophy scope kick the bucket. I sent it in with the prerequisite $10 fee. About 4 weeks later, I got a brand new scope in the mail. Thumbs up. MI VHNTR

Had to send in my Elite 1500 rangefinder after it stopped ranging past 100 yards. Other than it taking a month to get it back, I had no real complaints.

I have gone to Bushnell with my last few scopes. I have had zero problems and no chance to test the warranty service. I am glad to hear others have had good experiences.

Leupold, in my opinion, has the best warranty and service in the business. The trouble with Leupold is that you are another $300.00 away from that same quality of scope that you can get in a Bushnell.

I do have some Pentax binos that went on the fritz. Took an act of congress to get them to honor their warranty.
