Burris scope won't focus perfect, procedure to fix?

I have an older model burris signature series scope 6-24x44 that I am having a hard time getting it to clear/focus at different yardages, especially at shorter distances...is their a procedure to fix this?

Does this scope have an adjustable eye piece? One that turns independant of the power ring? Try that if it does.

I've seen this a couple times with the older signatures. Proper procedure is to send it back and they'll fix it
