WY Doe antelope Success

Alicia and I made our second weekend trip up to archery hunt doe antelope. Last weekend it rained us out, so, we were hoping for better weather this weekend. Here are some of the pictures.

We got in the blind Friday morning and had several oppertunities. I misjudged the range on a doe first thing in the morning and shot just over her back. It wasn't long and another group came in, this time I was on target. The shot was 50 yards across the waterhole. She ran about a hundred yards and expired. Later in the afternoon Alicia had a chance at a 40 yard shot. The doe jumped the string and the arrow slid right past her. Alicia was UPSET!

On the way back to the blind, I put the WhackDaddy on a Prairie Dog at 30 yards.
