I put some new sounds on my fx5 hooked up the remote as per the instructions and started the download. When it was done all I had showing on my remote was 2n2n2n2n2n2n2 for all lines. I tried to set it back to factory sounds (I did back them up) and now all I get is bits and pieces of letters and some of the numbers. Can I fix this or do I need to send it in? I cant get the remote to go into the download instructions either. They are mp3 sounds that I was trying to add.
