Cost to reload 22 hornet??

Not a reloader YET. What do you think it costs to reload 22 Hornet??
Bought some Horanady 35 Vmax $14.99 for 25 rounds, so @ .60 ea.

Alot cheaper than that.

You can reload 100 for around 50 bucks including the cost of the brass. Second time is half that cause you have the brass.

bullets around 16 bucks, 35gr vmax
powder...4 bucks worth
primers 3 bucks...

Whats that 23 per 100.

For what its worth, reloading any of the smaller offerings cost about the same, maybe just a bit more.

Used it and saw that Im reloading my Hornet for $.16 a round.

I am reloading for my 22-250 for around 0.40 a round. Cool

That is a cool site! Here's what I came up with for a typical .223 load.

With new brass $.49 a round
$24.83 for 50
$496 for 1000


Without new brass:
$.29 a round
$14.83 per 50
$$296 per 1000


I calculated the higher price of $50.00 per 1000 box of primers that I recently paid. I'm still sick about it.

Oh god, I see them at gun show for $26/box.

Better buy them. The gun shows around here haven't had any and the mail order places have been out of stock.
