Absoulty the best customer service I have ever gotten from a company! Mike kept me informed on what was going on, and even called me to let me know the call was on its way. I would recommend them to anyone, and to say I love my FoxPro w/ remote is a understatement! Can't say enough. Honest and very quick turn around time!

I ordered the 416B w/remote thru my local guys I deal with and it was here in about eight days and is working perfectly. I am amazed at how small and light the unit is. The only negative I had was the box said batteries included but no batteries were with unit.Its not that big of a deal and I am heading out tomorrow for coyotes early then crows later.
