2009 PM Hunt Donations

I hope everyone got the letter I e-mailed. If for some reason you did not, please let me know.

We will be offering tables for sponsors at the Hunt to display your stuff at no charge. If you are planning to attend and want a table, please let me know that as well.

I have heard back from some of you about prize donatations. Rockinbbar our Hunt Coordinator is keeping a prize thread with pictures of everything and who donated, so let him know what you have as soon as possible so he can get it posted.

I look forward to seeing the sponsors take a big role in the hunt this year, and I look forward to meeting you.
