Fur stretchers

Does anyone have any suggestions on fur stretchers, I am looking into buying some for Coyote,Fox&Bobcat and was wondering if there was a specific kind or brand?

personally, I would go with boards instead of the wire stretchers, the fur looks better on boards instead of wire, as for a brand, if your going with boards get some grawe's boards, if goin with wire, any on the market will work. good luck this season. jeff

i'll agree with boards, if its not a adjustable board dont forget the belly wedge.

I used the link to furharvesters that Cross J posted. Boards are not expensive to buy but shipping hurts. Boards are the way to go.

I made my own boards using fur harvesters dimensions

belly wedge; if your useing solid wood boards are highly adviseable. it keeps the pelt from sticking to the form after the pelt has dried,

I like the adjustable basswood ones from A. M. Grawe out of Whapeton, ND. You can go to his website or find his ad in Trapper and Predator Caller. if you can't find it let me know and I will give you his phone number. I think you can't beat his stretchers.
