Coyote Gland lure--how long does it last (non-refrigerated)

I got some coyote gland lure from last year (Night Owl). Should I buy fresh this year or us the same. I did not keep it in the fridge but it hsn't been too hot upstate NY anyway.

Also, if I need to buy new should I stick with Night Owl or there's something else that will work better?

If it was sealed well it should still be very usable. I do refrigerate all my lures and urine (especially urine)unless they have not been opened. But lots of lures are rot downs anyway. I would get some more at any rate just in case.

What do you think about Night Owl? They're local--New York State.

I got some of their stuff at a trapper's convention in Herkimer, last September...

Can't help you. I have seen some at a local trappers supply but never used it. I find Carmen's Canine cream attracts every predator including weasel and mink.

I have heard that Night Owl's Coyote gland lure is very good though.
