Didn't see a whole lot yesterday, more coyotes around then big deer. The hubby brought down one coyote making for a good morning. I decided to wait on pulling the trigger on any of the bucks we saw, they were nice, but a year or two would be great for them provided they make it by other people. We had just pulled into a spot we'd seen some more coyotes this morning, and came across this guy and a doe. I knew I'd waited for a reason! 5x5, with a 30" spread on him, I'm happy as can be with him
Took him down with one shot from my Savage Model 11 22-250.
