TSS makes the .410 somewhat a turkey gun. Respectfully, you said you aren't a turkey hunter so if I were you I would go hunt for them a couple seasons before deciding you need more of a challenge.

Hopefully #4 buck and NOT #4 birdshot.

I'm going to take the shotgun into the woods and try calling some coyotes. I've got a BPS 28" and I picked up a few boxes of Fedral 3" #4. I will try patterning it before hand but what choke would you recommend or anything else I should k

HEVI shot makes a #4 in 28ga. Should at least work for fox.

What are some velocities from 22 nosler? I'm thinking of 18"-22" upper for a little further shots. I'm having a hard time deciding between ether 22 nosler or 6x6.8. Then really looking at the numbers I'm not sure I can justify it. My curr

Great reads. I thoroughly enjoy them and envy your coyote rich country. Ill have to go back through your posts this year and add the yardages to the excel spreadsheet of known shot distances. One thing I keep forgetting to ask you is, what power is

Glasses I've been nearsighted most of my life and after my cataract surgery I was far sighted and can see better without glasses but need them to read. I don't know how many pairs of glasses I've left on a stands, most of them store bought cheaters

I saw one today in the LGS. It has a camo stock, single shot and comes with a super full turkey choke. I believe it weighs in at or around 5lbs. Price was $229 if I remember correctly. Is the 410 enough gun for turkey? I've heard it is but seems you

I'm convinced it's the big heat sink on the side of a chunk of polymer notch half of the way through. Seems like basic thermal expansion 101.

Remington 700 ADL is probably the most accurate rifle I own. If not it's dang close. Awesome trigger on that rifle.

I’ll second the 22” barrel. Mine is also White Oak Armament, but in a 8 twist. Has been shooting the factory 55 grain BT from Nosler very well. Also, but with limited experience, it shot the 62 gr FBHP Varmageddon well.

It's when the luggage handler at the airport sends your gun to your destination but the bag with the ammo gets sent to timbucktwo that having a weapon with easy to find ammo comes in real handy.
