Just checked an older Sierra manual (1971). It lists the 71.4 grain load as max. I also checked a current manual (Lee). It lists 67.8 grains as a max load. Just my opinion but you might want to develope a new load.

71.0 with a Fed 215 with the 180 is chomping on a max load. Lot numbers of powders and test barrels vary. If you want more velocity, then it would be worth your time to get a 300 RUM. I worked up a load for my buddies 300 RUM with the 180's at 335
