I have a friend with the FLX500. He lost his remote and had to buy a new one that Flextone told him it would pair right up with his caller. He tried several times to pair the remote ending in failure. I told him to bring the caller and the new remote over for me to try my luck at it. I tried several attempts and also failed. As far as I can see you just turn the caller on and turn on the remote go to settings and the select Pairing and that's where it gives your pairing result and all I got was Pairing Failed. He did contact Flextone about the pairing issue and they basically just told him that "it should work". They were not much help at all... Any help would be appreciated..
